Last year, Transcom Woldwide Philippines, Inc. started a new tradition for its employees. And this year, here is the Tunog Transcom Tayo Y2 Bacolod Winners.

Fun Activities at Transcom

Transcom Woldwide Philippines, Inc. is a global customer experience specialist. They have more than 9,000 employees spread across its five sites in the Philippines, delivering to international brands in various industries.

From time to time, Transcom conducts engaging and fun activities for their employees. These are designed to establish a genuinely happy culture and work-life balance within the company.

For September, the whole country is on a party mood for the annual music fest. It is dubbed as Tunog Transcom Tayo. And it is now on its second run this year.

In Bacolod City, the event was held September 22 at the SMX Convention Center.

A Concert

This is a concert-type event with local performers and celebrity bands. Two Bacolod bands served as front liners for the main events.

Mojo Nova and Drumskin were the opening acts. They performed while people lined up for the party food catered by L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod.

There were yummy chicken buns, churros con chocolate, and other finger foods.

The highlights of the evening were the performances from Mayonnaise, Ebe Dancel, and This Band. The young party band called This Band was the last performer. They shook SMX Convention Center with their performance.

Truly, it was a night to remember as hundreds of employees attended the event. They partied until 12 midnight.

Tunog Transcom Tayo Y2 Bacolod Winners

Aside from the concert, there was a vocal competition participated in by the employees at Trancom Bacolod. Dubbed the Viral Voice, it recognizes the singing talents among the staff.

A preliminary screening was earlier held at the company. Meanwhile, the grand finals were held during the concert. There were four contestants and three of them were hailed grand prize winners.

These are:

• Champion – Paulo Malijan
• 2nd place – Joebert Olarte
• 3rd place – Romelyn Sumaya

The three winners went home with cash prizes and trophies. Additionally, they get bragging rights to being the Viral Voice winners.

Effects of Team Building Activities for Employees

After the Viral Voice competition, the staff enjoyed the rest of the Tunog Transcom Tayo Y2 Baolod party. With happy party music, everyone was also happy.
