iTrueMart Philippines announces that starting tomorrow, April 1, 2016, they will already start serving customers in Metro Cebu, Metro Davao, Metro CDO, Metro Iloilo-Guimaras, and Metro Bacolod.
Backed by reliable in-house and trusted third-party delivery fulfillment partners, this expansion has been part of iTrueMart’s earlier plans to bring competitive online retail pricing to the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Indeed, it is “Great Value Everyday”.
iTrueMart’s foray into the Philippine e-commerce scene in November 2015 had the Thailand e-commerce giant first tapping a Luzon-wide delivery service of goods. And since the initial market’s overwhelming response to the new olnine shopping portal, as well as a growing interest from buyers in the Metro Visayas and Metro Mindanao areas, the online retail team is now all ready to tread these new territories in a giant leap.
“We’ve been planning this for some time. VisMin was always integral (to our operations),” relates Charm Cruz, Country Manager for iTrueMart Philippines. “We wanted to make careful, measured steps instead of just blasting delivery nationwide. We wanted to make sure our customer service and delivery levels would be top notch for all areas. We’ve also notified our partners and made significant IT developments to ensure that service levels would be consistent for all.”
Cruz also sees this expansion as “mainly an operations challenge for any e-commerce company due to the distance and island locations.” But she assures the pubic that their whole team is all ready and excited for the new venture in provincial territories. “They even have gamely contributed ideas on how to entice the new customers,” she quips.
Exclusive Discounts; Same Great Customer Service
On top of the free-delivery service, iTrueMart Philippines will give their Vis-Min clients exclusive discount voucher codes for purchases that will be delivered directly to the cities mentioned above. These exclusive discount vouchers will be available for limited number of uses at a certain period of time, and can be used separately from the current discounts that customers from other places enjoy on-site.
Moreover, in keeping with the current patrons’ high customer service ratings, iTrueMart Philippines vows to extend the same friendly and helpful rapport to address inquiries, feedback, and suggestions from their new customers. iTrueMart Philippines invests in and maintains its in-house Customer Loyalty Team, to ensure the core company values are integrated in the training, and maintained in all customer interactions.
