Tita Beth’s Pancit Malabon–so saucy, so good, with lots of toppings.

The famous Tita Beth’s Pancit Malabon Haus of Bacolod City that serves our favorite pancit malabon is now in Silay City. This simple Bacolod restaurant who operates by the motto of serving only good quality and abundant Filipino food has been blessed to be able expand in neighboring Silay at a very nice location, too.

Located at Rizal Street, Silay City, it is conveniently near the public plaza and the many offices and stores, too. Open from 10am to 10:30pm, Silaynons will now be able to enjoy the best and most flavorful pancit malabon in town where as dine in or take out in their signature bilao (native woven) containers. You have a choice to dine in their open resto or reserved seats in the air conditioned area.

Their beef kare-kare with bagoong is love.

The sizzling sisig with their special sauce is a must-try.

But aside from their famous pancit malabon, Tita Beth’s also has many offerings of native Filipino dishes that are swak to our Ilonggo tastes, like kare-kare, sizzling squid with their own special sweet and spicy soy sauce, bistek tagalog, sizzling bulalo, pork sisig, crispy pata, lechon kawali, grilled spare ribs, pork barbecue, chicken barbecue, and many more. They also have fiesta platters (made up of different dishes) with drinks that can be shared by groups of 4-5 pax. Plus, for those who like Japanese food, they have some rice bowls, too. For native desserts, they have maja blanca, cassave cake, and sapin-sapin that are available in three slices.

Sapin-spain, maja blanca, and cassava cake are always available at Tita Beth’s. They may also be ordered per box. They are all so good! My favorites are the maja blanca and cassava cake.

At the Silay branch, they have an air conditioned area, which can be reserved for special functions. A 10% on the total bill will be charged for the use of the aircon room. The function room rent is consumable. Small parties and meetings may be comfortably held here and people will really be satisfied with the food.
