Village Pipol just got bigger! They held the first-ever VP Choice Awards and it has been trending upon its launch. Presented on January 23, 2020, it surely was a success– a nice welcome for the Year of the Rat.
With almost 200 guests attending the event, the VP Choice Awards 2019 was surely star-studded. Brand executives, online personalities, and celebrities experienced a one-of-a-kind red carpet awarding ceremony. Held at Casino Filipino Manila Bay, VP Choice Awards accommodated guests at the main ballroom.
ABS-CBN’s Ultimate Bidaman winner Jin Macapagal and GMA Network’s IT-girl Ashley Ortega hosted the first-ever VP Choice Awards.
Hailed as the star-studded gathering with millennial artists Maymay Entrata, Edward Barber, Darren Espanto, Mimiyuuuh and even the famous SB19 gracing the event. Of course, the awards night featured a tight competition among all nominees three major categories: Travel, Lifestyle and Entertainment.
Home Appliance Brand of the Year Award
Sharp Philippines is one of the big winners, bagging the Home Appliance Brand of the Year award for the lifestyle category. Other nominees include Fujidenzo, LG, TCL, Whirlpool, and Samsung.
Sharp Philippines has been continuously producing quality home appliance products for several decades. They aim to make Filipino home lives easier and more comfortable.
All winners has been chosen based the following criteria:
- Online Votes (50%)
- Editorial Team Deliberation (30%)
- Panel of Judges (20%)
For a total of 100%.
