Many Bacolod restaurants have come and gone. And the demise of some of the best Bacolod eats during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic was totally unprecedented. We lament that fact but we are thankful that many have chosen to stay. Delicioso Wine Food Coffee is one of them and they are coming out of the pandemic bigger and better. They are now located beside Pacific Home Depot, Lacson Street, Mandalagan, Bacolod City.
All-Time Favorites + Updated Menu at Delicioso Wine Food Coffee Bacolod
Just like any other food business, Delicioso Wine Food Coffee in Bacolod was also hit hard because of Covid-19. When the ECQ was imposed in Bacolod City, they closed for a month but felt bad for their employees.
They re-opened to cater to takeout and food delivery demands, with their personnel taking turns working in the restaurant.
When their lease contract ended as they were entering their 9th year, the owners of Delicioso decided to move to a new location. It’s just a few blocks from their original location but it’s a bigger area.
Now, they are occupying a spacious ground floor where they have separated the deli area, the main dining hall, and three function rooms.
Part of their re-opening is the reinvention of their menu. While they have retained some of the crowd favorites like paella, brick oven pizzas, steaks, pasta, and chicken souvlaki, they have added more items developed by resident Chef Pancho Bringas.
New Dishes
Chef Pancho added more dishes that are perfect for wine pairing, such as the Roasted Bone Marrow and Smoked Wagyu Brisket.
Their roasted bone marrow is a must-try and should be consumed immediately. What I like about it is that it is topped with wild mushrooms and lightly mixed with balsamic vinegar for a hint of acidity. It neutralizes the cloying richness of the bone marrow and is so good on top of the Melba toast. This and wine and I am fine. Oh, it rhymes!
By the way, the Smoked Wagyu Brisket may be shared, at least for me. I don’t think I can finish the entire dish.
Then there’s the Delicioso Smoked Club Sandwich. This is smoked wagyu brisket layered with smoked bacon, smoked chicken, cheese, mayo, lettuce, and tomato sandwiched in brioche. It is served with fries.
Meanwhile, another of my personal favorite is the Delicioso House Burger. It is made of 100% pure quarter pounder Angus beef patty and made special with caramelized onions and mushrooms. It’s made perfect with tomatoes, lettuce, their house-blended mayo, and guess what, truffle catsup. At P250, this is love.
A house specialty for those who are not into meat is the Steam Chili Garlic Bulgan or sea bass. I didn’t get to try it but it sounds exciting and something that I would like to make at home. The fish is steamed with chili, garlic, and ginger and served with a lime-fish sauce dressing.
Cap Your Meal
For dessert, they have Burnt Basque Cheesecake that is perfect with black coffee after a heavy meal. They also have chocolate banana waffles for the sweet tooth.
Deli and Frozen Products
One new sandwich is the Delicioso Burger Dog, which is 100% Angus beef patty shaped like a hotdog. It is served with smoked bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato in a Vienna bun. The good news is, you may buy the frozen burger dog and bring it home to enjoy.
They also have so many choices of steaks, imported processed foods, wines, and other hard to find items. Moreover, they have jamón serrano, prosciutto, pancetta, salami, chorizo, and many more. You can buy them per 100 grams.
To complete your grazing table, you can get imported cheeses from them, too. I even guy to buy some of my favorite Singaporean Koka Noodles from them!
Function Rooms
Right now, they have two small function rooms that can accommodate up to 12 people at a time.
A partition can be opened for a bigger space. After every use, the rooms are sanitized by wiping, misting, and UV light sterilization.
They have a bigger function room that can seat up to 30 but they are planning to open a Japanese style pub in the near future.

Nakakatakam naman ng mga pagkain nila the main dishes their burgers even the dessert looks beautiful and yummy..Nagcrave tuloy ako hahaha..And tge ambiance of the place looks nice and warming..

Went tere and ordered the angus tapa all day breakfast. Bad experience the tapa was soooo sooooo very salty It seems like the chef knew i have high cholesterol and he wanted to kill me. So I am under the impression that everthing that i will be ordering will be salty. I mean everythig. Check with their Salt supplier to see if salt is cheap in the market and they said not really.

One of the best food restaurant in Bacolod. I think Bacolod is so blessed when it comes to good restaurant & yummy foods.
