Celebrate Thanksgiving 2015 at Vikings Luxury Buffet Bacolod

Celebrate Thanksgiving every day this month at Vikings Luxury Buffet Bacolod.

Thanksgiving is an American holiday by tradition, as it is deeply connected to their history, but many people all over the world also celebrate their blessings and express their gratitude about the same time as the Americans do.

What better way to celebrate abundance but with abundant food? And who knows how best to prepare a lavish spread but Vikings Luxury Buffet? Here in Bacolod, Vikings is going to celebrate Thanksgiving from November 17 to 30 with a special section that will feature American dishes as a tribute to the US Thanksgiving tradition.

The special Thanksgiving station at Vikings Bacolod will be available on the following schedules:
Weekdays – Dinner
Weekends – Lunch and Dinner
Buffet prices remain the same. Visit them at the ground floor, north wing, of SM City Bacolod. Open daily from 11am to 2:30pm for lunch and 5:30pm to 10:00pm for dinner.

Check out the Thanksgiving menu that Vikings Bacolod Executive Chef Anton Abad and his team have prepared for this special seasonal treat.

Thick and creamy roasted corn and crab chowder.
Classic meatloaf muffin wrapped in bacon and served in apple, raisin, and white wine reduction sauce and topped with caramelized apple.
shrimp maki
Pickled shrimp maki served with romesco and pesto sauce. Make sure that you use both sauces because they really enhance the flavor of this maki. Must-try.
Greek salad with blue cheese
My favorite–Greek salad with blue cheese.
A bounty from the sea — Roasted seafood in lemon butter chili beurre blanc sauce. Here you will find shrimps, mussels, salmon belly, scallops on half shells, and mussels. So good!
And of course, the star the Thanksgiving dinner at Vikings Bacolod — Roasted turkey stuffed with bacon pudding and served in cranberry gravy and with buttered vegetables on the side. So tender and juicy!

While turkey is healthy, I couldn’t help but pair it with this beef belly fried rice. Oh sooo god!
