SM City Bacolod
is holding the Negros Gourmet Experience from June 12-14, 2015, 5pm-11pm at the N4 Carpark, just across the entrance near Krispy Kreme.

This is the first of many gastronomic events for the mall-goers of SM City Bacolod, says Marketing Manager Nep Grandea. It is going to be held every other month and we expect more exhibitors and more diners in the future events, Nep says. Bacolodnons should also anticipate their #Bacolodeats event in October that will coincide with the MassKara Festival. For sure, it will be bigger, brighter, and more fun because of the festivities.

What a lovely night! It’s the full moon and the party is in full swing. No wait! That’s the SM logo! haha

A fun scene–beautiful night sky, beautiful music, and wonderful people out to have a good eat.

At the Negros Gourmet Experience, people can order from the food stalls of 12 exhibitors while dining al fresco and enjoying live music from an acoustic band. Yes, it is eat, eat, and eat! And of course, drink! There are many kinds of drinks to choose from–there are cocktails, beers, homegrown cold coffee brews, local beers, wines, and rhums! The possibilities are endless!

The current exhibitors are Sbarro, Yellow Cab, Cafe Bobs,Homegrown Bar, Gorka, Txacho, Cs, Chifa, Safe, Saddam’s Shawarma, Chicken Deli, and SM Food Court Beer Station. With the success of this month’s affair, here’s to hoping that there will be more exhibitors in August.

Sbarro and Yellow Cab are among the mall tenants who joined in the event.

C’s and Chicken Deli are among the local brands who are currently mall tenants who joined the exhibit.

You will encounter new players like Chifa, Sage, and Txacho at the Negros Gourmet Experience.

What’s great is that although the event is held at the car park, the mall admin has made sure that there is no parking within two lanes around the tent area so you cannot smell the car fumes while you dine.

Twas indeed a wonderful night and we are thankful that we took part of it along with wonderful people! 😀
