The Ayala Malls Capitol Central is an expansive Bacolod mall centrally located along Gatuslao Street. It is along the corner of North and South Capitol Roads in Bacolod City. It is easily accessible via private and public transportation.
Jennylle S. Tupaz, Head of Ayala Malls Group, said that Ayala Malls Capitol Central aims to further foster economic expansion in its immediate locale. Moreover, they are here to help the greater Metro Bacolod.

I find the selection of stores available at Ayala Capitol Central to be merely an extension of the same ol’ same ol’ retail franchises as ever seen. I rather like the…Fiesta Market area, that exterior area where small food vendors congregate and a few utan sellers have their produce available. All in all, for a long time resident, its same ol same ol. Even the movie theaters show the same damn thing wherever…except at different times.
