This dystopian action movie is the origin story of President Coriolanus Snow where the audience can decide for themselves if they can empathize with the merciless President Snow of the Hunger Games series.
It was truly an immersive viewing experience, as it did feel like I was moving with the characters when the camera moved. Iloilo Mayor Jerry Treñas, who cut the ceremonial ribbon, lauded the entrance of this groundbreaking cinema technology and acknowledged its impact on Iloilo City.
“I would like to congratulate SM City Iloilo as you launch this first-ever IMAX theater in Western Visayas and the pioneering IMAX theater with Laswer in the Visayas and Mindanao,” said Treñas.

- The SM IMAX with Laser in Iloilo is an all-in, all-out theater so please do come before the schedule of the movie you are watching so as not to disrupt other viewers.
