It is no wonder that many Bacolod spas have sprouted around the city. And almost always, they are fully booked. People want to relax and unwind after a long, stressful day. They also need relief from sore muscles or even headaches.

Now, we have another choice — Serensa Spa, located at the Art District, Lacson Street, Mandalagan, Bacolod City.

Services at Serensa Spa

One of the things that people are concerned about in a new spa is that the therapists may be newbies and therefore lack experience. I, for one, get irritated if the massage isn’t right.

But at Serensa Spa, we are assured that their massage therapists are not only well-trained but also experienced. They have handled many clients before they were hired by the spa management.

Serensa Spa has both female and some male therapists. The male therapists can do body massage, foot spa, and facial. However, male clients may request for a female therapist. For foot spa, both male and female clients can request for male therapists.

At Serensa Spa, they also have well-trained deaf-mute therapists, giving them equal opportunities for employment. Before the service, the clients are informed about this and they can communicate through sign language.

I think this is a really nice idea. More and more companies are already hiring deaf-mute individuals and giving them livelihood. Such businesses are laudable in this effort.

Amenities

Serensa Spa is located in a two-storey building at the Art District, which is the annex of Lopue’s Mandalagan.

The Foot Spa lounge with six lazy boys are on the ground floor, along with a couples’ room. This is also for the seniors and PWD who do not want to climb up the stairs to the second floor. They also have a restroom and lavatory on this floor.

On the second floor are more massage rooms, including a couples’ room, as well as toilets and lavatories for men and women. They also have a barkada room, for groups of friends who want to relax together.

All in all, they can accommodate 10 clients for body massage and six for foot spa.
