The food here is international, mostly European favorites, that the owner has developed herself. Leah used to be a designer based in Hong Kong and she used to travel to Europe a lot.
She makes memories in every city that she visits by identifying their specialty or finding something that she likes and learning to cook it. Part of her tour is usually attending a cooking class or workshop so that she knows how to make new dishes the way locals prepare them.
Our entire family loves their offerings—from the pastas to the big breakfast meals. Servings are big and everything is worth it. You will really taste that the premium quality ingredients in the dishes they serve.

Lately, they have introduced the Italian breakfast that’s comprised of a frittata, two Italian sausages, and two waffles. Their Italian sausage tastes the same as the one I tried that was made by an Italian guy! So happy about it.
We can appreciate her creations at Rianne’s Churreria at the 2nd Level of Ayala Malls Capitol Central. It is where you can relax and dine and also have good quality coffee that they source from around the world. Just please remember to wear your masks when in the mall and practice physical distancing if you are meeting someone who is not your family member.

Another specialty offering at Rianne’s Churreria is their premium coffee line. They also have coffee creations. While Mommy Leah is into food, her husband Raymond is passionate about coffee. It’s probably his first love that he really puts his heart and mind into studying coffee.
Now, they have a roastery at The District where he personally roasts the beans that they source from different countries. He is also very rigid with the quality of the beans, how they are roasted, ground, and then packaged.
With all that, he has invested in education as well as machinery and equipment to help him bring some of the most premium coffees from all over to our cups here in Negros Occidental.
