The banana bread and raisin bread of Baguio Country Club are very famous and I have heard about them already. But since they are just available to its members in Baguio City and people even have to reportedly line up for them, I have yet to try their goodness. And I never thought that I will be able to, except if and when I go to Baguio City and find a member who will bring me there.

Thankfully, I wouldn’t have to wait that long because now, these famous Baguio Country Club breads are now available in Bacolod!

The raisin bread is filled with generous amounts of raisin and twirls of cinnamon. It is soft and fresh, thanks to the bromate-free flour that they use in making the bread. Bacolod Price: Php 320 for whole, Php 175 for half.

Baguio Country Club Banana Bread

The banana bread is sweet but not overwhelming. It is soft yet firm and you can taste real bananas in every bite. Bacolod price: P295.
