The newest and most modern
fitness gym in Bacolod City today

Bacolodnon sports and fitness enthusiasts would be very happy with the re-opening of the new and improved Eclipse Gym. Strategically located along La Salle Avenue, Bacolod City, just beside the entrance of Capitolville Subdivision, athletes, professionals, homemakers, students, and just about anybody will surely enjoy the new facilities and programs that this new fitness center has to offer.

Eclipse Healing and Body Design Centre started to serve the city of Bacolod last 2013 at their old location at the Dream 21 Building, near Colegio de San Agustin. They decided to make this move this year in order that they can expand their facility and add more equipment and amenities to cater to the growing population of of people who want to be physically fit and healthy, said Peter Kim, the Korean owner of the gym who has made Bacolod his home.

Eclipse, he added, is the first gym in Bacolod to offer indoor cycling and spinning classes and varied functional exercises similar to crossfit through the “F360” machine, which could accommodate 30 people per session.

To ensure that the training offered to the clients is effective and safe, the 22 fitness coaches at the gym have undergone international certifications in Manila and in Thailand, Kim added. All in all, the premier Eclipse coaches are composed of five spinning, five boxing, eight fitness, and two muay thai instructors who were certified through rehab, boot camp, kettlebelt, and spinning trainings.

“We have worked long and hard to give you the best,” Kim said, adding “I am proud with the hard work of the Eclipse team coaches that help with the boost of the gym.”

Dy hopes that with the new facilities offered by the gym, the Bacolod fitness community will enjoy in their workouts in Eclipse.

At Eclipse Gym, they want to offer a fun and exciting fitness atmosphere to the people of Bacolod. They want to offer many things so that fitness enthusiasts will not find the gym boring. And because of their amenities, many triathletes train here because of convenience.

Eclipse Gym was blessed and formally opened last June 5, 2017 and was attended by the Eclipse staff, coaches, and owners Peter Kim and Wilson Dy. Sports groups and organizations as well as their regular clients were present during the event.

Eclipse Gym Amenities

Eclipse Gym sits on a 1,500 sq. meter lot that is divided into sections. There is the main gym with different modern fitness equipment as well as a boxing ring, a studio, and also a swimming pool. The studios and gym are fully air conditioned. There are clean rest rooms and shower rooms for after workout regimens. They also have secure lockers for the valuables of the members. Plus, they have a coffee shop run by ELG Foods, the same owner behind Bagels. They serve healthy snacks as well as gourmet coffee creations.

Different classes are also offered like Aqua Zumba, Spinning, Zumba, High Intensity Interval Training, and many more. These are included in the monthly membership fees of this new Bacolod gym.
