Uniqlo–the unique LifeWear from Japan
is now at SM City Bacolod.
Bacolod shoppers who are regular customers of the Japanese brand Uniqlo in other cities and countries are very happy to know that the world-famous brand of life wear is now in Bacolod, located at the ground floor, north wing atrium, of SM City Bacolod.
Yesterday, we were treated to a media tour and a Uniqlo VIP Shopping Event where we got the first peek inside the Uniqlo store and also got the first pick among their merchandise. Hubby and I settled for striped shirts for each of us—him, me, and the kids. Perfect for another photo opportunity the next time we visit the store. What struck me was that while we were queuing, I was asked if I am sure about the kids’ sizes because I was informed that they cannot be returned or exchange. I said ok and shrugged it off, after all, I know the kids’ sizes. When I got home, I was surprised to the see the hangers still attached to the kids shirts. When I looked closely at the sticker tag that sealed the plastic bag, I now understood why. Each of the shirts were sealed (including the part where the hanger is attached to the bag) in order to protect the kids’ skin. Wow! Nice! But this does not apply to all their products.
