Negros Freelancers Meet Up 2018 is happening in Bacolod

The Negros Online Workers will be holding a “Negros Freelancer Meet up” on May 26, 2018, from 1:00-5:00 in the afternoon. This is in cooperation with in partnership with Dojo 8 Coliving Space and Negros Workshops. The event will be at Dojo 8 Coliving Space, Lacson Street, Bacolod City.

What to Expect
The event will focus on the current international trends and opportunities available in Freelancing. “It is our advocacy to promote more earning opportunities in places where there are limited job offers as well as to provide support to the freelancing community and those aspiring to start working at home,” says Ma. Clarice Lao – Itumay, Founder of Negros Online Workers.
Participants will learn the different work-at-home career options, tips on getting started, and information on where and how to apply. It is also a great opportunity to network with other freelancers in Bacolod and around Negros Occidental.

A Q&A and hands-on session will also be conducted to help participants in creating their online profiles, set-up payment methods through Payoneer, as well as to apply to actual jobs online.
