Merzci Mabini Branch or known as the Libertad branch opened in November 1995 as Merzci Bakeshop. This was the company’s first branch and now they have grown to a strong business of 48 branches all over the Negros Island Region. The branch, with all the memories of the last 21 years, underwent a major renovation to better serve the customers, especially the Bacolodnons always plying the Libertad area. The much improved Merzci Mabini, like the much newer Merzci stores, will have three segments in one store — Merzci Pasalubong, Merzci Bakeshop, and Merzci Snack House in a comfortable air conditioned setting. Here you can buy all your favorite baked products, including the hot piaya and delicious siopao in this very convenient location.

Mezci Mabini Branch held its grand reopening last November 11 with Bacolod City El Cid Familiaran as guest of honor.\

About Merzci

Merzci, a family business that started in 1995, is the market brand of CM & Sons Food Products, Inc. It began as a small bakery supplying breads to a single store in Libertad Market in Bacolod. Soon, they evolved to produce pasalubong products and purified water. They then added another line to their products–their fast food that serves delicious and affordable snacks and meals.

For over two decades Merzci products became available in the different branches and dealers in the Negros Island and Iloilo, and even reaching as far as Tuguegarao City in the north, Zambonga City in the south, Manila, Cebu, and Panay. Some products have also been exported by distributors to Canada, the USA, and the Middle East.
