Be cool with summer quenchers from Bacolod Cupcake Cafe
It has been three weeks or so that our temperatures have hit really high figures on the thermometer and tempers had been flaring, too. And from the looks of it, we won’t really have a respite in the next two months!!!
But that is the way of the world now and the only thing that we can do is to find ways to cool ourselves during the day, especially from 11 am to about 4pm. Sometimes it’s already 5pm and the sun is still bright yellow! In our case, I planted more plants in the garden next to our bedroom so that our resting place remains cool even during the day. #MorePlantsinBacolod #GreenerBacolod
Aside from the usual advice to always keep ourselves hydrated with water, to replenish the body’s natural salts, to wear light clothing, and to preferably stay indoors, there are many other ways to cool ourselves. And a yummy way is to grab a tall glass of the fancy blended drinks at Bacolod Cupcake Cafe, located at Hilado Street, across Hua Ming.
Bacolod Cupcake Cafe, also known as BCC, serves yummy designer cupcakes, cakes, pastas, and all-day breakfasts. But they also have these line of meal blended drinks that are the perfect summer quenchers! Available in six flavors–vanilla, dulce, strawberry, ube, chocolate, and bubble gum–each tall cup is embellished with many different sweet treats that will make you think that you are in candy wonderland! And until April 5, 2016, they are having a buy one take one promo so you gotta take advantage of that with your friends and family. Perfect for the hot days!
Aside from their drinks, you will certainly feel cool when you go to BCC because of their nice air conditioning system and their decorations that look like you are in Elsa’s living room. hihi
Bacolod Cupcake Cafe is open daily, from 8am to 8pm. For orders and reservations, call them at (034) 435 2171. Check out their really nice birthday cakes, too.
