Sigrid Says on Singaporean Food
I have stayed in Singapore for three months and enjoyed eating in different restaurants and hawker stores. But nobody really educated me, except for the names, on how to best appreciate Singaporean cuisine. Yesterday, Chef HK Tan taught us how to best eat Hainanese Chicken Rice and to appreciate its flavors. And true enough, it tasted a whole lot different. This weekend, guests will be treated to Chef HK’s hospitality and generosity in sharing his knowledge about his country’s cuisine. He will be going around the dining guests to teach them how to appreciate Singaporean food as well as share tales about his gastronomic adventures. It will truly be a wonderful dining experience this weekend.

And oh, Happy 25th Birthday. L’Fisher Hotel, from SigridSays.com.
